I work with organizations that seek to change the world and help them find strategic clarity and encouragement.
I’m an experienced management consultant (AKA ‘development officer’ in Scotland) with 28 years of hard-earned experience. I’ve worked on over 200 projects for organisations like social enterprises, charities, high-impact businesses, government departments and international institutions.
I love helping leaders to develop strategies and overcome complex problems.
I have served organisations based in Scotland, Northern Ireland, South Africa, Angola, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania and Zambia. I have also consulted on regional economic development projects in Africa.
I live in Paisley, a medium-sized town of about seventy thousand people near Glasgow. There’s a nice array of cafes, parks and friendly people. It’s a hidden gem in Scotland away from mainstream tourist routes. I’ve found a new home here after leaving South Africa in 2021.
My blog contains my musings as I navigate through life and write about things to make sense of them, and hopefully help others in the process.
